kitchen decorations?
ok so i am getting ready to move and my mom wants to get some stuff for the kitchen, you see she is going to decorate it for me (shes awsome) but she wants me to pick a theme or something, so she can shop. what are some good kitchen theme ideas? i already had a fruit/grape kitchen... and i dont want any country themes like tractors or whatever... im so lsot,what are some other ideas, would like a paris theme work or is that more for like bathrooms? please help

- What makes you feel good when you look at it. Are you a girlly girl (flowers and lace), conservative (solid colors and a clean look) or modern (straight lines and stark colors). You will have to look at this every morning (maybe?) so pick what YOU like and don't let anyone influence you.
- I noticed in some of the more expensive stores over Christmas that the chef motif is in right now I bought a set of canisters for an up coming wedding with little chefs on them. I think that would be great and you could do a lot with it.
- You can get some really, great ideas by going to hgtv's website and visit the section called "Rate My Space" then click on kitchens. I uploaded pictures of my 1950's Red & White "Retro Kitchen. It is a lot of fun looking at other people's homes/rooms. You will get a lot of ideas!
- tuscany is big, wine bottles are too, but you would not want to add the grapes with the bottles if you have already had them, blues are big for kitchens with a french country theme. i think paris is more for bedrooms and baths. good luck
