Kitchen Nightmares the TV show!!!?
so i just started watching Kitchen Nightmares on FOX online and I saw some of the most messed up stuff I have ever seen when it comes to restaurant kitchens, he will go in there and find so much of the food moldy and the kitchen just so unclean that it's out of this world... and he always prays before he eats there food "god please don't kill me with food poison" and I understand how he is I have gotten sick from restaurants before... How many restaurant kitchens are like those? do most keep them pretty clean? it just seems like family owned restaurants are like this.

- Some of those Kitchens have been hand selected but I know alot of Kitchens are kept to high standards for the simple fact of the Health inspectors are all ways in them .... - You would be terrified to go into some restaurants ... believe me. Been there, done that! A 75 is passing in most places ... that is not a great score to have. Some of the infractions might include trash cans without lids, presence of bugs, improperly stored food, food on the line at improper serving temperatures, prep staff and wait staff not washing hands properly, food prep areas not sanitized properly ... and so on. Four of these infractions at one time can put a place on notice and they have a certain period of time to fix them ... but they are still open and serving food. Most chain restaurants are actually on the higher scoring end because they are chains and the standards are set by a corporate office. Mom and pops can be excellent or they can be horrifying. Check the seating area, the staff (look at their hands for cleanliness), utensils, etc. If your table is sticky or the floor is dirty; think about dining elsewhere. The simplest of things is being allowed to slide; what is happening to the stuff in the kitchen? Mr. Ramsay is one of my favorite chefs ... tantrums and all. He tells it like it is and that is that!
- All of our Restaurants and any where that sell food need a licence and are inspected regularly at random and can be ordered to close down until the mess is cleaned up.
