Punch Home design?
what's better: punch home design architectural series 4000 or punch home design platinum 10.5.0? i am just using it for fun/recreation. thanks for the info. i went with the platinum v 10. Should i go with chief architect x1?

- That's a toughy.. both programs get horrible reviews from folks.. both don't work well with vista.. both are slow.. I would probably go with the platinum version 10 because that received the LEAST amount of negative feed back... Honestly, I would spend my money on a different product. Skim amazon for home architecture software and get the best rated one.. As an aside, I am not sure in what capacity you are planning on using this package, but please have your plans certified or reviewed by a licensed architect. While these 'do it yourself packages' bolster your confidence and ease of 'drafting' plans you wouldn't want your addition to collapse on itself from your lack of knowledge.
