- Yes it is as long as the price is right.
- Yes it is good. I found you one that might be a little bit cheaper (I dont know how much this one is), but it has the same GPU, and a little slower CPU, but no worries, especially if you upgrade some parts before purchase. - A dell is good. I would spend around 500-700 dollars.
