upgrades in a new house?
Hi, We booked a new house this weekend, in a month or two we will be going to the decor center to upgrades in the house. What are the main things we can upgrade now which would be expensive to do later? We are planning to upgrade to Granite counter, maple hardworrd stairs , floor tiles, and flat ceilings from the builder. the stuff we are going to get done after we get the house is Hardwood flooring in the family room, living, dining and hallway as well as pot lights. anything else you guys recommend thanks

- Do the windows. Put double or triple pane will be cheaper now than later and should pay for themselves. Usually they just put single pane in new houses.
