Bathroom remodeling question??
Can you move the toilet to where the sink is and the sink to where the toilet is? I need more room in the bathroom, so I would like to move my sink. Thanks

- get a plumber in. see what extra pipes you will need
- without have the soil stack moved to by the sink by a plumber you wont be able to. your best bet is to call out a plumber and get a quoit most of them are free :) good luck
- your going to have to switch pipes around and go through the wall it wont be an easy job call a plumber a few of them to get estamates.it's going to be a mess.
- Sure, anything is possible. It may take a lot of reworking of the plumbing. I switched the location of the sink and tub when remodeling my bathroom, had to take out the sub floor and drywall off the walls to rework all the plumbing.
- get a plumber out because most likely, the soil pipe would need too sit under the toilet, which means the floor would need too come out and you be able too rout any water lines where ever needed.
- Yes you can but you can't connect the separate units to the other units pipes you will need to re-pipe and distance from the soil pipe will need to be considered as far as gradient and flow is concerned
- It all depends. The floor has extra support where the toilet sits so that will have to be adjusted. The size of the toilet drain will have to be adjusted to accommodate the sink, and the sink drain would have to change accommodate the toilet.
